"Could not be happier with the service provided. Experience with my pool builder has been an absolute joke. They haven't been able to fix or simply fail to address problems as they arise. They won't show me how some of the the devices I purchased work or even reply to my emails anymore. One such issue has been with a deck jet that has not worked properly since install. Shane came out to my property and had part of the issue fixed within 15 minutes. The other part is a device that needs to be ordered from the manufacturer. Shane explained what was wrong, what he did, and then took a few minutes to actually show me how the devices work. Service I still have not been able to receive from my builder. He even took a look at a few of the other smaller issues that they still have not resolved after nine months and had them resolved in a matter of minutes if not seconds. I will use Cabana Knights and Shane for any and all of my pool related issues moving forward and would highly recommend anyone in need of service do so as well."
