"I made a reservation for an updo , it was for my son's wedding. I showed them a picture, the lady said it was ok, she started working on my hair after walking back and forth. She couldn't do it, called someone for help she did a horrible mess. I cried all the way home, now I didn't even had time to look for help. At home, I took out all the 20+ pins and fixed my hair the best I could. I spent $45 + tip for nothing. They could have told me that they couldn't do it even though I asked them to just do whatever updo they knew . It was a horrible experience, they should've reimbursed me. Update: November 28 2023 exactly a month since that fiasco, the owner answered but it seems it was just to show like they were gonna take care of the issue, until now nothing is been done."
