"The staff here was great, and help my wife and all with any questions we had. It was extremely easy to get our ears pierced and they were knowledgeable about how to clean the ears to avoid infection. If you are planning on getting your ears pierced I recommend this location."
"Although the store seemed in tact, My mom and I received terrible service. For the employee working on 06/05/2021 , we were waiting 10+ minutes and apparently she was the only worker. She was doing an ear piercing and instead of checking us out real quick she continued to talk to the customer with no rush at all and took her sweet time to take care of us. Eventually we had to leave and on the way out we heard her speak in spanish about to the other customers and FYI we also speak spanish. horrible and rude. If i knew her name I would like to speak to a supervisor. Very unprofessional."
