"Chris installed pool automation for my pool by IAqualink a couple of years ago. I happened to be out of town on Sunday with guests staying at the house when the system wouldn't communicate or work. He managed to fit me in they're very busy schedule and get me up and running the next day! They refused to charge me more for coming out quickly (I offered). This store is professional, informative, and more than fair! I highly recommend going to them. I'm in business and value the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks again Chris!"
"Chris and Angela are rock stars! I have to say that I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from these folks. They installed my pool heater and. later a gas company installed the gas lines to the unit. After I had my propane tank filled the company that ran the lines said "it can't be our fault, call who installed it!" I called the and they got someone out in the next couple of days. The original installer did lots of testing and said it's a problem with the gas line. I called the gas company who ran the lines and they were rude and said it couldn't be their work. I called up pinchpenny and spoke with Chris while I was furious after speaking with the gas company and Chris offered to reach out to the gas company contact for me and explain what his technician found. Gas company guy came out and there was debris and sand in their gas piping! Thanks Chris and Angela for making a bad situation better with top notch customer service and communication! You guys are my store!!!"
"I brought my salt cell to be tested at this location. Girl took and started to get ready to test when older gentleman jumped in and brought up charge for test. I have been going to this store for over 3 years and buying all my chemicals here. I will never go again. I know they don’t charge everyone for this. I got more mad after I left and had to share my experience I have spent so much money at this store and you want to charge $65 to test my salt cell. Now they have lost a customer."
"Been dealing with this store for all my pool needs since 2019 and found them to be deeply knowledgeable and understanding on every facet it takes in maintaining your pool. This was the first time I used their service group to address an issue with my pool pump and was not disappointed. They again provided outstanding support and service. As a retired master electrician working in the trades for over 50 years, their service tech Daniel confirmed my assessment that the bearings were going on the motor, and it needed to be replaced. Immediately received from the store estimates on the repair and replacement of pump with a note to call the owner, Chris Chapman, to discuss in more detail their recommendations. Chris provided detailed and clear information on the pros and cons of the pumps recommended and from his honest explanations I was able to select a pump for its best performance, savings, and warranty terms. He even called me the next day to apologize that he could not get the pump from the manufacturer for installation that week because of the holidays and will have to schedule installation the next week, which I had no problems with. Daniel, the service tech, arrived on the day scheduled and within less than an hour I had a new professionally installed pump taking care of my pool. I highly recommend this store for all your pool needs and service. You will not be disappointed."
"Great store! Staff that really knows it business. Friendly and knowledgable. I get my water tested there every few weeks and buy all my supplies from them, I have been doing that for 5 years. I have made many purchases including a pool pump, automatic cleaner and also have used them for warranty work and repairs. They always deliver. The owner (Chris and Laura Chapman) are part of our community and I have found that they will go out of their way to help. Pools need a lot of work and I am thankful I have these guys on my call list, they keep me in the know on upcoming specials and discounts. The staff have all been there for awhile and each one has different skills that overtime you learn who is an expert at what. One guy can rebuild anything another guy is a master at pool chemistry, they work together to make sure you get the every best experience. Finally, here is the BEST EXAMPLE OF WHY I GO THERE: My hot tub was not working so they sent Dan out for a service call. It looked as though I needed to replace the part and it was not under warranty. About a $500 cost. When Dan arrived he could have just replaced the part but instead he took the time to actually diagnose the system and using his experience he realized that it was a simple programming problem. I had just pushed the start button too many times and the remote system turned off. Dan reset the system and everything started working again. He saved my $500. I am not sure many other pool places would have done that. I trust these guys and you should as well. -Steve"
