"I was disappointed in my experience with Eva. I scheduled a rejuvenating facial but she immediately tried to coerce me into doing other procedures. I felt like I was dealing with a salesman. She did not explain what she was going to do or what I could expect . She insisted I needed some type of debridement even after I told her I came in just for a facial. She rolled some type instrument over my face agressively which caused a stinging sensation and was very uncomfortable. This left few scratch like Mark's and redness on my face for 2-3 days. The steam she put over my face also caused some redness which felt like a minor sunburn. My face felt very irritated for a couple days. I was so upset. The whole experience was very stressful."
