"Got lashes which all fell off by the second day. On top of that, I had an allergic reaction apparently to the glue/adhesion. The only thing offered was for me to put cortisone on my eyes (not!) and I could come back and get them redone. Why would I get them redone if I had an allergic reaction???? I asked for my money back and the answer was no since it was an allergic reaction. Never again! First pic is showing allergic reaction where my eyes were almost swollen shut the same night and most of lashes had fallen off. Second pic is the next morning where all the lashes had come off."

"Ne’Vishia Osbourne did my lashes and she did an outstanding job! She was so thorough, she took her time, and she was very friendly. I got a Level 2 Hybrid set in the doll shape and I absolutely love them. The location is very clean and quiet. They were also able to accommodate me by moving my appointments around a few times when I was running late. I will 100% be returning!"

"Kinda disappointed. I couldn’t open my eyes after my lash lift and tint because there was so much leftover residue. The master stylist took off enough so i could open my eyes but left the rest and said to just wash it off in 24 hours. But girl i have to go out looking like this?! I don’t even care much about that but She didn’t tint OR lift the lashes on the corner of one of my eyes! She curled a few of my bottom lashes up??? The tint is clumped and the ends of my lashes in my inner corners are sooo scraggly. It could be worse, but having work like this from a master stylist is disappointing. i normally don’t go to this location it was just more convenient this time but i will stick to my home lash lounge store from now on. overall left wishing i just stuck to mascara."
