"Love this place! The vibe was great, Ada was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She let me know what was NEEDED. And I very much appreciate that. I hate when techs just bumble along, ask questions that I'm not knowledge enough to know the answer to and then either doing it even though it's wrong or just tell you that your answer is stupid, lol. Really enjoyed this place, everyone was very nice, there were TVs that were on interesting channels/subjects. I have definitely found my new spot, even though it's about 20-30 minutes away, it's worth it for high quality in every necessary category."

"I’ve been going to twinkle nails for 2 years. I am extremely particular about my dip manicures and Twinkle is the absolute best and most consistent nail salon in central Florida. No matter what tech you get, you know your nails will turn out exactly how you want! Extremely fair pricing and the best pedicure chairs I’ve found!!! They also have every single shade of every color you could ever want, I love having so many options!!! I personally see Jayce or Amy but like I said anyone you get will be great and highly skilled!"

"Twinkle Nails is absolutely wonderful! The nail techs are well versed in all types of nails whether you prefer natural, dip or acrylic. The pedicures are phenomenal and the pedicure chairs will give you the best arm and back massage while the techs work on your feet and legs. They have a wide variety of nail colors to choose from and can even provide you with custom nail designs for any occasion."

"I gave this salon 3 chances because of their proximity to my home. This last time was the last straw. I was there for over 3 hours getting a Gel X french manicure. The nail tech was unable to get the technique down and had to ask for help. While I appreciate that she asked for help, I do believe that the salon should have been upfront regarding their ability to do a Gel X manicure. My 2nd visit to them was also a gel x manicure that was ill preformed. In fact, I had to spend extra time getting the gel removed from my nails before this attempt. The nail tech was then unable to adequately finish my nails as she did not have the ability to draw the French tip evenly. She then switched me to another nail tech. The attached pictures were taken about 5 minutes after I left the salon. My nails are chipped and unevenly painted. There are gaps under my nails where debris can get stuck. For such a pricey service, (I was charged $60 for gel x, $5 for coffin nail shape, $10 for “big french”, $5 for nail design) $80 dollars in total, I should not have left the salon with chipped nails. I truly believe in giving people a 2nd chance but there was a major lack of skill and expertise when it came to performing the gel x service and French manicure, their most expensive nail service. Please, be upfront with your ability and skill before you agree to perform a service. I wasted over 3 hours for nails that I will have to get redone. Unfortunately, it will not be with this salon as I will never patronize their business again."
