"We have purchased 99% of our pool products from Holiday Pools in Venice. Lots of great service. Holiday Pools sold us a Hayward pump/motor. Supposed to be the best. In less than 2 months we have had 2 installed. Both defective. Holiday/Hayward refuse to replace. We paid a lot of money for a pump/motor and our pool has been off for weeks. HELP. I advise purchase where they service what they sell. And supposed to be energy efficient and my electric bill went up $60 a month while broken. It ran 24/7. The store employee doesnt know his products and seems pretty useless."

"Owner of store recommended an expensive bottle of Tile Max Plus and a brush which he assured me would remove any film on our pool tiles. Went home and tried a very small qty which was completely ineffective. I attempted to return the bottle for a store credit as I intended to purchase salt and other pool chemicals. The owner informed me that there were no returns on chemicals yet there is no sign posted communicating this policy. I highly recommend avoiding this store as there are many reputable pool stores in Nokomis/Venice area."
