"made an appointment for the owner to come out to do an estimate. he never showed. i called the office the next morning and was told he had an emergency and tried to call me. that was a lie because i had my phone in my pocket the whole time and there was no record of an incoming call from him on my phone. maybe "tried" meant his phone was so heavy he could not pick it up or he forgot how to push the little buttons to make it work. the office lady said he would call me later that day. that also never happened. two days later i called and a different woman answered. she said they were too busy and basically didn't want my business. well just say so in the first place. i had to take time off from work for the appointment. does casual way think they are the only ones whose time is valuable? my time is valuable too. i am also very busy. this company treats potential customers in a truly "casual way"."
