I spoke up about the treatment I received and was dismissed before getting my haircut. After reading the reviews, I realize I dodged a bullet by not getting my haircut! Thank goodness! Supercut can rebuttle every review, but all these people cannot be making this up. I spoke to the Franchisee herself. She is terrible. Offered me a free service, then lost her temper when I explained that a free service was not as important as great customer service and a sincere apology. Bullying your reviewers will always catch up to you."

"The worth experience ever. The destroyed my hair cut... Tried to take $10 just to dry my hair... They just leave my hair wet. When hair dry all hair was different long. Customer service is horrible. I never come back to this place again. I mad at myself that I even payed this people. Sorry for my English but I think you understand... They even don't sweep for after customer, just leave all hair on a floor and you even can see that its a hair not from one or two people"
