"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are unlicensed and have no experience in the pool business! The owner, Christian, just bought the pool route from another company and had no previous experience. He works a full time job and has very little to do with the business except collecting the money. I was hired to run the company and it is very disorganized, unlicensed, and unprofessional, they don't even have a location, the "employees" who work for him have broken down trucks with no identification on them whatsoever! When I was first hired he said he was letting employees go due to "known drug use" and for them not even showing up to jobs, but decided to keep them on anyways. When I pointed out that we needed reliable employees and random drug tests, to answer and return calls in a timely fashion, have good customer service, train our employees, obtain all licenses to operate legally, and put identification on our trucks with the license #'s (as required by Florida law) I was let go. He has lost over half his route in the last year due to all this horrible service and will most likely lose much more if he doesn't change his way of operating. Buyer beware! ...and ask him for his license and CHECK IT! There are numerous reliable and licensed pool companies out there, this one is not! Do your homework."
