"Doesn't matter what day or time, 100% of the time there are at least a handful of customers standing around waiting impatiently. ONE employee that is overwhelmed, and every single trip is pointless because who can get any one-on-one service when the employee is being pulled in too many directions and pulling their poor hair out! Quick checkouts are impossible. Customers are literally bringing cash and leaving it on the counter for quick purchases like chlorine. There's always a long line of people testing and lurking all over the center desk. One trip, a customer was basically doing what a second employee should be doing, assisting other customers with questions and products. People thought he worked there, it was ridiculous. I guess Leslie's is just another corporation purposely running at the bare minimum, scraping every ounce of profit possible out of the customer/employee until we both go elsewhere. It's obvious that two employees minimum should be staffed at all times, and 5 stars for the employees only. So far you all lost thousands of dollars from me including a new top of the line pool cleaner by not simply be present to sell me one. Last weeks purchases by me alone could've funded 200hrs of employment. Hire more people!!!"

"Came to purchase a pool cover was told to buy a mesh cover when I ask why was simply told it's better no real real reason of why it was better then was told to use there computer to do an online purchase I could have done that at home waited about five day for the cover and at the first use the ratched to hold down the cover breaks and a good hand full of the tabs where sew as I had purchase a low dollar cover simply don't think I'll be back for any other purchase water testing seem the only thing they are good with"
