"They say this business is for kids, but staffs are very rude and mean in front of kids. Our appointment was at 11:30 and we arrived at 11:34 but door was locked and they did not open until 11:38. When they opened their response was you are 8 minutes late and cannot do any haircut. Again as a customer we don’t have much say if they don’t want to have my child’s hair cut that’s fine. But atleast they can show respect and be polite. Worst experience."

"I love Traci and Liz. We have been here 6+ times and always get a great cut for my 2 and 6 year old. My 6 year old can’t sit still for anything not even . My 2 year old is non verbal autistic and Traci does an amazing job with his hair even with all the tantrums and cowlicks plus she is so sweet and patient but gets the hair cut done quickly and looking great. I will continue going and looking for Traci I hope she doesn’t ever leave."

"This was not the Cookie Cutter salon experience I was expecting or used to. This was our first time at this location and probably our last, sadly, because it's closest. On a Saturday there was one stylist working, one. I had an appointment for 3:45 and was not seen until 4:30, she never even acknowledged the wait or that she was severely behind. Obviously overwhelmed with what had to be a back-to-back day, there was no time for sanitation. Instead of being able to clean a station, the stylist put kids in the next booth without sweeping or cleaning the last. We'd registered for a shampoo and cut, she put the towel from my daughter's wash, wet, on a dirty car next to where my daughter had to stand because there wasn't a clean space, and then picked it up later to reuse it on her hair, unacceptable. It may be hard to find help right now, but if that's the case, appointments should be blocked off to allow for proper sanitation, this was such a disgusting experience. Luckily my daughter is not devastated and it will grow back, but she also took off far more hair than I indicated."

"I brought my daughter here for a hair cut, nothing crazy just a few inches taken off. No layers, no new design just a straight cut a few inches shorter. What I received was a cut that was completely rushed and not straight. My daughter didn't move much and when she did, he pulled away to ensure he wasn't cutting while she did move (so her moving was NOT an issue). He (and I) also politely told her to stay still while he finished. The gentleman who did the cut was nice and the place clean so that's a positive but the actual cut is awful. I paid for this too, I couldn't tell with her hair still wet at the location how uneven it was, if I could have I would've questioned it while at the salon. I did reach out to the company and after two emails and a call I received a response which they said I could go back into the location and have them fix it. At least an option was offered and I wasn't ignored....but having the same person fix it is not something I'm interested in."
