"I have been using Paul's Pool Service for 3 years now and they work has always been spot on. We do not have a pool enclosure and they still seem to get the pool sparkling clean and the chemicals perfect. The staff is professional and courteous as is the owner. I would recommend them to all."

"Started using Paul's Poolcare on May 1 for our brand new salt water pool/spa. Over the next 2 months, the pH was kept at 7.8-8.0. Saltwater pools are supposed to be kept at around 7.4. I sent an email and Nicole responded with "I need to talk to the tech when he is here"... I told her I was out of town and would be gone for 5 weeks. She (or whoever was answering those emails) totally disregarded my requests for lowering the pH and keeping it around 7.4 (incidentally, a pH of 8 will cause calcium to come out of solution and cause clouding of the water, shortens the life of the chlorinator, causes itchy skin and burning eyes). I finally fired them last month for not being responsive to my requests... they did continue to send me weekly numbers with a pic of my pool... each time the pH was 7.8 or 8.0. I'm not sure what is happening with Paul's Pool care but whatever it is, it seemed like the tech who cleaned my pool was unaware of how to maintain pool chemistry (Nicole emailed me that the tech told her "maintaining pool chemistry in Florida is different than other places"... it is not). She again told me to talk to the tech because the 3 or 4 emails I sent to the company were apparently for naught and demonstrated there is not good communication between the techs and the office. Dealing with Nicole through email was surreal in how she regarded my continued requests to maintain the proper chemistry of my pool."

"Paul's Pool Care is the absolute BEST pool service I have received in my 21 years living in Safety Harbor owning a pool. I have had 4 different pool service providers during that time and NO OTHER provider can hold a candle to the great service, attention to detail, timeliness, and quick response time (if I call to ask a question or report an issue) that Paul's Pool Service provides. I highly recommend that EVERY ONE that is either a) looking for a pool care provider; or b) is not 100% satisfied with your current provider contact Paul. The price is absolutely right and the service is definitely above and beyond. I have called Paul's team on many occasions while I am out of town or if i see an issue and they are there the same day and most times within hours to check out and address the issue. This is not something i have ever seen with any other pool service provider or any service provider in general for that matter. This is amazing service. I rate Paul's pool service 10 stars even though this rating only has a 1 to 5 rating. Paul does a great job running this business and has a great and dedicated team that is ALWAYS there to help.
