"Wow, I cannot say enough about what a nice experience this was. Alyssa cut my hair, and she did an amazing job - she is patient, creative, nonjudgmental, and a great listener. I told her how much I love my natural waves and she worked with me every step of the way to enhance them. I felt like she really respected my goals. I am incredibly happy with the cut - she checked in with me multiple times to make sure it looked the way I wanted it to. She is friendly and fun to work with, and it was all-around a very positive experience. Caylie waxed my eyebrows and I am so happy with how they look. She listened really well, had me check them to make sure I was happy with them, and I love that she was able to clean them up without taking off a lot of their width. I got the impression that this salon and its stylists really value every client’s individual experience, and want to work with you to give you the outcome you are looking for. I will never go to any other salon in Jacksonville but this one. Thank you very much, Alyssa and Caylie!"
