They were able to save the existing tile on my pool, which I love, and in which the two other pool re-finishers said could not be saved and would cost me $2,000 plus to re-do, they did not try to upsell me a new skimmer at $ 1,800 in which one company said I needed in which Chuck was able to tweek and now it works fantastic and they did a fantastic job on re-finishing my pool and it looks awesome.
