"This is a by far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The woman did not push my cuticles back, she didn't even soak them! She didn't use cuticle remover, Nothing. I went there specifically to get a manicure to get rid of my cuticles. I also got gel Polish which I'm having to soak off today on Thanksgiving because all the Polish is coming off due to the fact that she painted over my cuticles! And on top of it the owner was very condescending to me. Highly NOT recommended"

"What I got vs what I showed them what I really wanted. I’m a little sad but didn’t want to leave a bad review or low stars. I feel overcharged ($70) due to the low quality of the nail work I received.. I wanted a sharp square shape and voiced it...the nails are very lumpy and not square but almost an upside down candy corn shape.. Didn’t notice how bad it was until I got in my car and really examined and got opinions from other people being told that I should go get them redone or get my money back... But it’s ok.. Customer service is good, very nice.. and good people. Just needs a lot more work when doing acrylic and shaping.. other than that it’s great vibes. God bless"
