"Owner writes in response "we are not sure what happened here." "What happened here" is a NO SHOW with an appointment where you wasted my time. Eric and I had an appointment. Eric did not show up. He did not even try to contact me, call, text, nothing, ZERO. I contact Eric via his cell phone. I called twice and left 1 Msg, I texted him and he would not respond to either. Nothing. I wasted my morning waiting on this guy only to get the above. Not very professional or thoughtful to people just wanting to do business with you. No shows get a one stars this year moving forward. It's unacceptable. I think its important people know who does this."

"Our LED pool light was no longer working. Owner Erick called me within an hour of me sending an email requesting a quote for pool light repair/replacement. Shortly thereafter I received a quote, which I agreed to (very reasonable price!). He arrived on time on the next business day with parts. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and he already had a "plan B' in case they couldn't proceed the way they intended to. Over the next few days he and his employee Jason were conscientious, arrived at agreed upon times, kept their work area cleaned up, and kept me updated every day on their progress. When they ran into a couple of unforseen wiring and other challenges, they charged me only for the extra parts but did not increase their labor charge, even though they worked two full days beyond the anticipated completion. They made sure I understood exactly how to operate the light before they left. I LOVE the light! As for Erick and Gulf Coast Pool Pros, I'll never use anyone but them for future pool repair and/o pool care needs. They're also the only pool care company I will refer friends to. They are professional, customer-friendly, reliable, reasonably priced and they care about the quality of their work. It seems rare these days to find all 5 of those characteristics together!
