"This store allowed another customer to hit me because I took off an item from the wall to see it closely. Owner DEMANDED that I ask first, when items are just hanging stacked on the wall. I was forced to call the police on the customer who she allowed to strike me. I really thought they mistook me for someone else, they even laughed at me for calling authorities. They have cameras, but she doesn't want to see her own filthy behavior. So I will go as far as needed legally, because I will be the one to SHUT DOWN THIS STORE FOR SUPPORTING VIOLENCE AND RACISM towards minorities, being West Indian herself and husband (unless you’re a certain group which she smiles ear to ear, it’s sick). It was NOT my fault her husband was in the store bathroom with door wide open taking a dump, and I just happened to be there. You need to learn American hygiene habits before placing the blame on me the paying customer???? Ever since that day, she would give me the dirtiest evil look, until today when she elated with my humiliation. Thank God the police didn’t pay her no mind. Those who don’t have the skills required to run a business should just stay out of it. This is no American dream for you, and eventually will vanish like so many do. No one anywhere should ever have to put up with scoundrels like these, MUCH LESS give them your dollars. Let them eat cake."

"Website claims “satisfaction guaranteed”. That’s a lie. They have a zero return policy which is only made clear if you try and exchange faulty merchandise. I try and support local business but it won’t be this one! Better quality and customer service is available nearby for less than the premium prices that these people charge. I just read the owner's response. Either you are mixing me up with another dissatisfied customer or you're just lying! I paid $30 for a leaf scimmer that broke after the first time I used it. I presented it back to you, with my receipt and the woman in the store refused to exchange the faulty part she had sold me. That is not satisfaction guaranteed! I also read your other responses and it is clear you are friendly to positive feedback but abusive to anyone who is critical of your service."
