"Went here four times. First time was great. Second time was good. Third time was bad, but I figured I would go back and not get the same person. Fourth time... I was the only customer in the store. There were at least two employees. This girl raced to finish my haircut, as if she had something better to do. Took less than 5 minutes. Took chunks out at three different places. Zero blending. No neckline. Flat out sloppy. No detail. I don't know who put her in the first chair, but she does not deserve to be there"
