I asked for some help from a social media page to find a new pool service because mine had not shown up for a few weeks and the page was flooded with Aqua Blu as an option and Thomas himself sent a small clip to me saying he could show immediately to assess my pool….. 6 hours later he was there with a full professional report that was sent directly to my email. I hired him immediately He came in with a full crew next morning for a good cleaning and chemical dowsing. His crew has been showing up every single Friday without fail keeping my pool crystal clear for the last three months always followed up with that professional email with all the chemicals that were added, and tasks that were performed , so when I asked for help boy, did I get it with Thomas and his company!! Look no further for your next pool crew….."

"50 yr resident in Pinellrs. Live in East Lake Woodland 30 yr. Had same pool service over 15 yr. New employees and green pools made me look elsewhere. I liked Aquas web site. Then I talked with Brian. Seemed thorough and professional Hired them and had tech do pool. Great job and called Brian to tell him what a great job. Also decided to have Leak check on pool and spa. That’s when the company looked horrible. After leak check got bill but no communication as to use ability When I called him about follow up and sealing the heater so water doesn’t pour out. His attitude went South. He did not have me pay for anything and refunded the quick monthly bill of 160. I paid when I got. I did not want the money. I wanted good service and a communicable company. I had a 45 yr career here with Servpro Indusrtries. Started in 1974. I am glad I did not use those scheduling and communication skills. He fired me. Please look elsewhere if you use your pool/spa area frequently"
