"Stopped by sign said open; website said they take walk ins. So I walked in 6pm. One stylist doing a customer; one in lobby waiting for said customer. Second stylist comes from the back; I’m asked if I’d made my appt online; I replied no walk in. Does anyone have time for a wash & blow dry? I was told “they close in an hour; with only 2 stylist they couldn’t do a wash & blow dry, “ Very disappointing; would’ve been easiest $20 tip she would have made all day. Poor customer service; didn’t realize they are doing so great they are turning business away."
