"Staff does not listen to customers requests. I asked them to do just polish on my daughters nails. No manicure or pedicure needed and I repeated myself 3 times. When we were sitting with our feet soaking they told us they only do gel and they do not have regular polish. The amount of money I spent on a child's nails at this location was ridiculous because they proceeded with the full manicure and pedicure. Wish I went to King Palace Nails instead. They offer great options for moms and kids alike."

"I went in for a manicure and pedicure. However, that is not what ended up happening. The guy who was working on my pedicure did a horrible job. He did not ask what shape I wanted my nails. He also did not even shape my nails at all. He did not clean my nails at all, and when applying the polish, he missed large areas of my nial. It's absolutely the worst pedicure ever. After he finished my toe nails, he asked if I wanted a manicure. I said no thank you, and left. Unfortunately I had to pay for this pour service but I can assure you Nail so happy will never get any of my money again."

"Horrible customer service. I got a pedicure from the man with the glasses. i asked him to square my nails he rounded them i had to repeat asking him to square them and not round the edges. Once finished i asked for a manicure. He sat me in a chair i look at my toes and my big toe polish is peeling. This lady walks up to me and ask did i want a full set. I advised her I wanted a manicure and an overlay on my nails. She informed me that was not a manicure. I told her i know what a manicure is and i also wanted the overlay. She starts making smart remarks to me “don’t be mad because you don’t know what you want” i informed her i did know what i wanted if she just listened i cancelled the manicure and ask her to fix my toe so i could go. She files a piece of polish off and i informed her the whole nails was peeling. She gets smart mouth with me again. Then the guy comes over and says I’m creating a scene because I don’t want to pay. How stereotypical is that? I never said I wasn’t paying. Not once I just wanted my toe fixed. He kicked me out because I cussed at the lady for being rude."
