"First off I want to say I had such high hopes. I thought I found my long term nail spot. The shop is gorgeous and the vibes were amazing. The nail tech that did my nails was super sweet and I left loving my nails. I went on Wednesday November 29th. I've had acrylic nails for years. The receptionist recommended getting builder gel. I expressed concern that I needed something strong because I'm rough on my hands.I run a food truck and I wash my hands a lot. She assured me that it was a good option. When I sat down with my nailtech I again multiple times expressed that same concern. And she assured me that they would last. By Friday they were peeling. I called to see of they could fix them. They didn't have any available times to fix them. They told me to come back the following day but I work every weekend and don't get off in time to get them fixed. Finally the owner got on the phone and said she'd try to squeeze me in just to call before I got there. I did 4 times and left a message. No response. I never received a call back or anything. Just money wasted"

"This is by far the BEST place!! Tara is absolutely amazing and is so skilled at what she does! The vibes are so nice my anxiety was gone the minute I stepped in. The scrubs and lotion last so long after you leave and smell AMAZING. You will not be disappointed if you go here, everyone is so great at what they do and they enjoy it! I will not be going anywhere else from now on!!"

"Green Nail Fungus Infection. I’ve been having my nails professionally done for over 25 years and have never gotten any type of nail fungus or infection. I was going to chalk it up to bad luck until an acquaintance told me she’d never had any Green Nail Fungus until she went to Nicky’s. And she’s been having her nails professionally done for longer than I have. The salon is lovely and so is the staff. I’m sad it didn’t work out for me. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Your records are completely incorrect. You did Apres nails. You assured me that they would stay adhered more than any other type of nail treatment I inquired about. The green nail occurred within 2 weeks. And it must have been someone else that contacted you for an appointment as I prescheduled all of my appointments online even before I visited your salon. Please don't be insulting about "planning financially" to maintain my nails. WOW! You don't know what you are talking about. I'm retired and have plenty of time to attend nail salon appointments. Your message is incorrect and condescending. I can see I made the right decision to go elsewhere."

"Hailey is a great hair stylist! She did a fashion color for my daughter and truthfully told her what color combinations would/would not look good together. Hailey is very sweet, passionate, and always trying to grown her skill set. The salon environment is very clean and welcoming!"
