"It's been a year and a half since I wrote my initial review, and I'm updating it in all fairness. I'm saddened that the location still seems to be a revolving door of employees besides Jen. I can't speak to her management style, but her customer interactions have improved significantly so I added a star. It'd be nice to see some consistency with the staffing. This location always struggles to maintain stock of liquid chlorine, which sounds like a logistics problem on the corporate level. Aside from those issues, I use the accublue testing all the time, they carry parts for all of my equipment, and have the rest of the chemicals I need when I need them."

"So I called and ask a question about my electric heater, cause it was flashing LP and the girl over the phone told me that the assistant manager said “ if I didn’t buy from there store there nothing they can do about “ and it was a a simple question I know where not to in Davenport, Fla about the pool stuff! Also the assistant manager has a bad attitude when I called up there and she has not respect , she is very rude and rush people of the phone and she is not customer serviced friendly, how do hire someone with and attitude and don’t know nothing about pools! I hope Leslie cooperate see’s this posted! I will never shop at a place like that especially with the assistant manager with a bad attitude and by the it’s a girl!"

"Store manager Larry went above and beyond to assist with my pool needs. I came into the store needing assistance with gaskets for my system. He took the time to properly find the exact parts. Not only that, he picked up the parts from the Oviedo store on his way home, so I could purchase the next day. Picked up the parts, replaced them on my system and they fit like a glove. I replaced my pool pump and gaskets and everything is working top notch now without any leaks. Thanks again Larry and staff."

"I've been using this store for years. The staff and store manager is awesome. They test your water, make appropriate recommendations, and with the right chemicals I keep my pool algae free all year long. I have never had a problem returning something, but I read in the back of my last recipet they don't take back chemicals. Someone who reviewed didnt read that I guess. Has my pump serviced and a new filter installed with no issues. They have a great selection of fun stuff for the pool too. Check them out!! Algae isn't a way of life!!"

"They have loads of competition within 3 miles.I used to support one of them but always found that staff to be abrupt and not concerned.Even rude on occasion.A neighbor reported Leslie's in Davenport may be a little further but guaranteed they would be courteous and patient. I'm now in my third year using this particular store. I've never gone back to that other pool supply store or even considered the big box stores down the highway. Leslie's always been good for me , my hot tub and my pool. So good that they saved me time and time again with small pool pump problems and pool chemical issues."
