Crystal Clear Pools

"We have used this company now for years, however recently, we can not get a hold of them. The mailbox is always full when we call. I try communicating through email, but never get a response. We canceled with them last month and we are STILL getting charged and sent emails of work completed when they are not even cleaning anything. This is very frustrating and can't get a hold of them. Very unprofessional."

"I had been using this company for a year and a half without issue and then they suddenly changed owners, disconnected their phones, and vacated their building. There is NO way to contact them to cancel payments. The pool person comes on a random day at a random time each week and does not even scrub the pool or anything. I haven’t been able to talk to them because I am not home when they come so I have tried leaving a note but it hasn’t worked yet. I am really disappointed because my pool is turning green and I can’t afford to hire a new company until I stop getting charged 85 dollars a month from these people. Edit: They came today and actually scrubbed the pool for some reason and their phone number suddenly works somehow. We were able to cancel finally after weeks of trying."

"Disgusting I paid for them to come for 4 times a month once a week. The didn’t show up for 3 weeks! Do not use them! They got new management and went way downhill. They steal your money and don’t perform their services."
