"I constantly had to follow up with them for service. They NEVER cleaned the filters like they claimed (it was literally black). We started getting rashes after swimming because the chemicals weren’t being handled correctly. When the guy showed he’d semi brush the pool in 5 minutes and leave. I honestly don’t think he ever put a single chlorine tablet in the 3 months he was doing it. Hard pass on this one!"

"He quit coming resulting in a green pool. When i called he always said he would come and never did. This went on for 2 months. They took my check and said they would reimburse me but he never shows up. When i called i was told i cancelled them."

"We have had this company for about a month and a half and they are horrible!!! We have a brand new pool and it was important to maintain chlorine and ph, the first three weeks we had this company we had to maintain the chemicals ourselves because they certainly were not. The following two weeks we struggled with chlorine, they said they put chlorine in the chlorinator but there wasn’t any in there and when we tested the pool there was no chlorine. My husband called the company and they told him they would fix the situation and refund our payment for the past month due to the issues we had. The fifth week we had a ring camera installed and we watched the guy come in take a picture of the pool, pour some liquid into the pool (which he hadn’t tested) and brush (halfhearted) one side of the pool and then leave. Today when the guy came out, he walked into the pool area took a picture and then turned around and left, he did NOTHING!!!!!! This company is terrible!!! We called the company and are now awaiting a return call, we will be finding a new company ASAP!!"
