"Signed contract 16 months ago and still no work done on our pool. Contract states 10-12 months to start. Requested numerous times that I would like to speak with owner James and get no response back by office manager Mindy. The location at Combee road is closed down and there is nobody to go see in person. I did manage to get a mailing address that is not local. Supposedly they submitted to get permit done a few weeks ago but called city of Auburndale and they said nothing has been turned in for our address. The 3 google positive reviews are from same last name Kilborn. Emily K is one of them who is the main designer. I know i will probably not get my money back but i also feel they are lying and trying to not get pool even started. Once contract is signed good luck getting any phone calls or responses"

"I’d give a negative 5 if I could. Fifteen months, two deposits, and monthly payments already started and NOT EVEN A HOLE IN THE GROUND! Great prices, but you get what you pay for, which in my case has been nothing in 15 months. Communication is pretty nonexistent except “we are sorry. No updates. We are so far behind.” Here’s a novel idea: stop taking on new clients until you are caught up and find new vendors!! The Covid excuse and supply chain excuse wore out at least a year and a half ago!! Please, please save yourself a lot of time and headache and go with a different pool company, even if their prices are more. It will be worth it to not have deal with this company’s nonsense!"
