"Service had been great for several years, never has a complaint. But here recently we they started missing weekly appointments. I would call and they would take a visit off my monthly bill. Here as of late, my pool pump broke, no one told me about it. I fixed it as soon as I found out when I noticed the pool starting to get a green tinge to it. Called for 3 weeks and no answer. I finally get a response from someone 3 weeks later via text message saying my pool takes to long to clean and they aren't making any money at it. Would I be available for a call to discuss, I said I would, but they won't answer the phone at the time they say they are available. Now I have a pool that is completely green and I will either have to hire someone to clean it up or attempt to do it myself."
