"The owner is a wonderful and sweet woman. However, one of her hair stylist is a horrible person. This place is not meant for curly haired people. I went last Saturday to get my hair blow dried and straightened with the flat iron. So the lady took me to wash my hair and brushed it out. Then instead of blow drying it straight first she blow dried it into a a puff and when I asked her why she didn't fully blow dry it, she had someone else translate for her while she was screaming in Spanish. They said that they don't blow dry the hair completely for curly hair and them she proceeded to flat iron it. I feel like if you knew you didn't do that, when I asked for blow dry you should have told me. I've had my hair straightened and they always blow dry it out fully before the even touch the hair with the flat iron to prevent more damage. I will not be returning. I honestly should have gotten a discount, I should not have paid but I did. Then she sits there and waits for me to pay and points to the tip line like she deserves it. I gave her a tip and instead of being humble about it she had a look on her face like yeah you better give me something. I hope any curly heads read this and don't have the same experience."
