"I went in yesterday for a haircut, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the result. My experience at this salon was far from pleasant. I will not state the stylist out of respect, but hope someone gets back to me soon about this situation. First and foremost, the haircut itself was not what I had hoped for. I came in with a clear idea of what I wanted, but the stylist had a bad attitude and gave me faces as soon as I showed her how long my hair was. I told her I want to leave my hair long and to have some type of curtain bang in the front, and I even showed a picture of what I wanted. The haircut I received was nothing like what I had asked for. She literally chopped half of my hair off leaving my hair uneven and choppy. Furthermore, the stylist was rude. Everything I did she said I could not do. I could not touch my hair after she had blow dried it because apparently my hair was hot and I had to let it cool down, I could not wear my eye glasses because it is a problem. Throughout the appointment, she displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. Overall, my experience at Ulta was extremely disappointing. Not only did I leave with a haircut that fell short of my expectations, but I also felt disrespected by the attitude of the stylist. For anyone considering a visit to this salon, I would strongly advise seeking services elsewhere."
