"I am not one to ever leave reviews about any business but this experience has really led me here. My first time at verovita was an amazing experience. I went for microblading with Vero (the owner) and she was extremely sweet and profesional. Her work was amazing! This past week I booked for lash extensions and was done by lash tech “Tati”. I’m not sure if she is new or if she has not been properly trained, but while she was working on my lashes, she pricked my eye several times. I have done my lashes at many other places and the process is never supposed to be uncomfortable or painful. This time I could feel her placing the lashes on my eye lids (which is a very uncomfortable feeling). When she said she was done and it was time to open my eyes, my right eye was literally stuck and I couldn’t open my eye so she has to use her tool to try to unstick my top lashes to the bottom ones, (another very uncomfortable situation). Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience. Now, a week later I am trying to use coconut oil to remove them because they are so uncomfortable on my eyes and they are so stuck to my eyelids, as If they weren’t even glued to where they needed to be. I am very disappointed with this service. I hope no one goes through this and I hope Tati can properly be trained so that this doesn’t occur to anyone else."
