"Nail lounge it's promoting a special but they don't tell the clients more information about it, I went on Saturday with some family members, we ask If they have the special the lady in the front say yes but that's all she said ...at the end we were charge 80 dollars (the special is 40 feet and hands) we ask then why the charge was different from the special and that's when she mention the special was only Monday through Thursday .....really? She could off explain that at the beginning...by the way refills are 45 .....never coming back. The place look nice but people so dishonest."

"this place is 0/10. i was cut on my pinky because the manicurist was on her phone and my big toe, she claimed “i have sensitive skin”; i don’t. Don’t know the name of the manicurist but it doesn’t matter because not even the owner cared that i was bleeding. they didn’t even have bandages or proper equipment to stop the bleeding. accusing a client for having sensitive skin is unethical. service today was highly unacceptable and unfortunate- a waste of $30."

"Did my nails my acrylic full set with Daniela! She was the best. Friendly and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. I also did my eyebrows with Dili which i loved and she was super friendly. My pedicure was done with Ginia she left my feet super smooth. Loved the way she cleaned them. Would definitely return."

"Came in for a full set. As soon as she started putting the tips on there was 2-3 nails she was struggling with sticking to my nail and kept saying it’s because I have a wide nail bed( mind you I’ve never had this problem with any other nail tech” next as she’s applying acrylic it looks like it was her first time ever doing nails “very messy, bulky” tried to trust the process and told her how I wanted my nails to be and she kept saying my nails are wide and the tips she used were wider and kept having excuse after excuse. After the HORRIBLE acrylic application she starts buffing the nails and literally takes 1 hour just doing that for them to STILL BE HORRIBLE I expressed to her and she told me “ well your nails are like that I can’t do anything about it “ I told her I have never had an issue with my nails looking like this and if it’s because the product she’s using then it’s a different story. Fast forward she finally does the buffing fixing some things I noticed which it still looks horrible and when it came finally time for the designs she starts telling me the design I wanted was for older people and kept insisting on a glitter instead which is so unprofessional , I didn’t ask for your preference it’s what I’m paying for anyways . she does the French ALL DIFFERENT STYLES AS U CAN SEE ON THE PICTURES .My nails are all uneven , bulky , honestly it is the WORST SET I’ve had in my life. After she’s FINALLY done was there from 10:45 left at 2 Something ..... she says “it’s probably not what you wanted but they don’t look too bad” at that point I wanted to leave was tired of being there. But definitely was going to leave this review, $50 for a nail set that looks like a beginner did it. Never going there again wouldn’t recommend to no one. I wouldn’t mind waiting all that time doing my nails when the finished product is perfect but this looks like I had someone practice on my nails it’s embarrassing"

"Visited this nail salon last year. Wanted to get my nails done for graduation with ombré gold foil, but they didn’t have it. I had a pleasant experience my only complaint was that she broke one of my real nails, and the filing and drilling was getting in my eyes. I had to look away. Overall being a new resident of homestead this is a very nice calm peaceful place to get your nails done."
