"I am not one to write negative reviews online. I usually go to the bird road location and Coral Gables. The girls there are great and I have never had an issue. I was in the Kendall area and decided to go to that location. That was my first mistake. Besides one of the girls from the other location that I recognized, the lady that took care of me barely even greeted me. She was clearly in a bad mood. I asked for a dusty rose/mauve type color, and I informed her D&D doesn’t last on my nails. It chips within days. I requested the other brand I typically use. She clearly didn’t care, after I sat down for my pedicure I realized that there was an entire wall of that brand. I picked a different color then we began with my pedicure the attitude this woman had, barely said two words to me and everything I requested seemed to be an issue. That’s not the worst part, we then started my manicure. No water. She was very rough. I am amazed she didn’t cut my cuticles wrong. She was clearly having allergies rubbing her nose repeatedly, and continuing my manicure.Wash your hands lady!! I felt helpless. After all that, I decided to mention a coupon. I found online. Another mistake on my part. I showed it to the front desk which informed me basically it was wrong and that they give it to customers after they write a review for their next visit. False advertisement."

"I have nothing but rave reviews for them, they took me in when every other salon in Miami was closed for the evening. I was begging them to take off my old spread nails (from a month and a half before) and they did without hesitation. They then filed and buffed my own nails and repainted them to give them this beautiful look. They were all so kind, so amazing, I am quite literally obsessed with these ladies and their sense of humor. We had such a great time, I’m so grateful for them taking me. They’re also super affordable, they’re super professional, the place is clean and the staff are awesome. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Also their color selection is wild, I’ve never seen a place with so many colors. They also do designs, I saw them working on one of their regulars and they did some beautiful work. Genuinely I can’t recommend them enough!"
