"I loved the concept and the place looks awesome but it's really hard when you book an appointment and your time is not being considered by the hair dresser you randomly selected on the website. No one is there to supervise if clients are getting a good service, or even a service at all. My appointment with Gaby was at 1pm, I was there at 1:03 and she was finishing a lady, but for my surprise instead of making arrangements to do my hair, she started to cut the hair of a man that also there. I even asked her to confirm if my 1pm booking was correct, but she just replied that she knew I was there, by seeing me, that I needed to just sit down and wait. That was rude, but since my time and options where limited at that point, I decided to patiently wait for 27 minutes. Luckily I was able to book a walk through at a different place instead.They need to hire someone who can contact the client to let them know (ahead of time) they are running late with other clients, or being more efficient with their time management at the moment of booking. You can't be playing with people's time, it's just disrespectful."

"I used to love coming here. I thought the woman who did my nails was quick and efficient at her job. However, I was upset to see people were coming into the room without a mask on. And the people there didn't really do anything about it either. For my safety, I choose not to go back here."
