He acknowledged our ideas, shared his thoughts and provided guidance to create an amazing design. Our design was transformed on a digital format which was helpful to visualize the project. It was a pleasure working with Adam. Our construction manager Reid was very knowledgable, possesses excellent communication skills, well-organized and displayed professionalism. Reid was on-site and proactive during construction. He clearly communicated every step with us, by keeping us informed and always returning our calls. He truly cared about our project, and it showed in his attention to details. Reid’s hard work, continuous efforts and organization skills were the driving force to keep things moving forward with an end result of our project being completed prior to the date promised. He is an asset to Larsen’s and we are grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get the job done! After our pool and spa were installed we had the pleasure to work with Justin. He completed our initial pool startup. Justin was very kind, considerate and patient. We appreciate the time he spent to clearly explain and demonstrate the necessary steps to maintain and care for our pool. "So we moved to a new neighborhood where our homes are close together. That meant I would need permission to allow some of the larger equipment to tear up the sod to get to the back. I chose Larsen because of their impeccable reputation for being clean and professional. They were exactly that throughout - timely and professional. We are happy with every aspect of the pool installation and Dan and Reid were great. No complaints from our neighbors. The cost was a bit higher than some of the other quotes I received, but you definitely get what you pay for in this case."

"From start to finish, Larsen's was a pleasure to work with on our pool and deck renovation. They patiently accommodated us while we changed our minds multiple times about the material and color selections, and helped make the selection process easier by generating 3D visualizations of what each option would look like. During construction they kept me informed at each stage and didn't seem to mind me hovering about as they worked. When I did spot some things I was concerned about (mostly esthetic in nature) they were quick to address them without excuses or complaint. In fact, they proactively noticed an issue with the shipment of travertine and sent it back to the supplier TWICE until they were satisfied with the quality of the stone. Now finished, they are still coming by multiple times per week to make sure the pool chemicals are at the right balance, all while teaching me how to maintain it myself going forward. I highly recommend Larsen's if you're considering a renovation. You will not be disappointed."

"We had an amazing experience with Larsen pools! I waited over a year to write my review, just to make sure that I was still happy - and we couldn't be happier. From the initial design with Dan, our project manager, Reid, the office staff and a personal call with the owner Eric - we had a great experience all along the way. We even got some visits from Eric's dad during the build just to make sure everything was up to high standards. I had an issue with my heater and even one year later they had someone out within 24 hours. (Turns out the issue was my error BTW). I would strongly recommend Larsen Pools. Once our permits were done, the process moved very quickly. I think we only had one week were there wasn't some progress on the pool. Eric will tell you that they are bit more expensive than other builders, but it has been worth every penny."

"We had a fantastic experience with Larsen’s Pool and Spa! The process began with a welcome call from the owner, Eric Larsen. He listened to our wants and was thoughtful when choosing the designer to assign to the project. The designing phase began with an in-home meeting with Dan who we worked with during the entire pool design phase. He was very detail-oriented, a great listener, and was willing to tweak the design several times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We received designs from multiple different companies, and Dan's design was the best. Not only did he integrate our wishes, but also came up with inventive ideas to integrate into our backyard space. After we finalized the big picture design, we met with Dan at the Larsen's Pool and Spa office to pick out the specific travertine, tiles, and other finishing options. Dan and the company were very transperant throughout the entire process. We always knew the price for each design, option, and upgrade with no surprises. This experience was very different than with the other companies we received quotes from. The cliché about getting what you pay for is very true (in a positive matter of speaking) when it comes to Larsen's Pool and Spa. Their price is very fair for the great product and service you receive. Once the project and digging actually began, Dan handed us over to Reid, who managed the construction phase. Like Eric and Dan, Reid was also outstanding! He did a great job keeping things on schedule and talking us through what to expect. He was there to handle any small changes or fixes that became necessary throughout the construction. Again, with no surprise costs! Our project had a lot of unique features - elevation change, waterfalls, and a slide, and not only did Reid keep the project moving quickly, but actually finished it ahead of schedule! Once the pool was filled with water, Justin and Mike came to start-up our pool and teach us how to run everything. Reid, Justin, and Mike continue to be available to answer questions about the functionality and maintenance well after completion. Larsen's Pool and Spa is not only by your side during the project, but they stay by your side while you enjoy your pool for years to come. If you have any questions or issues, they are there to help, which is very different from other companies that once paid will just disappear. We are thrilled with how our pool turned out and definitely recommend Larsen's Pool and Spa to anyone choosing a pool company. And hopefully, if you do choose Larsen's, you will be lucky enough to work with Dan and Reid as we can't recommend them enough."
