"I came to this salon a few months back and I paid for a haircut with bangs and layers and I came at the end of the day so I was one of the last ones. I liked the haircut but not the customer service. The stylists were gossiping and talking about other stylists which made me feel uncomfortable but I didn’t want to say anything. Once it came time to pay I could’ve just walked out the salon without paying tbh. I kept trying to get the attention of the stylists but they ignored me when I was saying “excuse me” until I went up to them. I finally paid like 15 minutes later since there was no one at the counter to charge me $75 . Overall the salon was beautiful but unexpected customer service."

Karina was so sweet, understanding, and knew exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my cut and I loved the vibe at the salon. There was great music playing and such a cute doggie in there.
