"I live in Miami and this is my second refill from this company. The package was intact and I like the reminders for supply replenishing. I was skeptical at first because of the mixed reviews but thought I would share my positive and speedy experiences. I appreciate the consistent service from Bushnell Pharmacy!"

"Manager Jessa M.was absurdly rude and utterly unhelpful. My prescription was damaged (smashed) when it arrived and Bushnell pharmacy told me that it was FedExs problem and if I wanted to get my prescriptions again they would be the full price without insurance. So I called FedEx and opened a claim. FedEx required a shipping waiver from Bushnell and Bushnell “claimed” to have sent it, but FedEx never received it. FedEx told me to have Bushnell send me the letter so I could submit it on their behalf. Jessa M. flat out refused to send me the shipping letter because “they already sent it to FedEx and that’s no longer their problem”. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of resources to escalate my claim to."

"Phenomenal Customer Service I've worked with Julie over the past couple months for my prescription. Each time my doctor has sent in the prescription she's gotten back to me either the same day or the next morning. Additionally- when my insurance changed their rates with Bushnell, Julie went above and beyond to find another pharmacy that was willing to work with me and decrease my co-pay. It's so refreshing to have a pharmacy that follows up like this and personally makes sure they do everything they can to help the customer... Even when they couldn't help me anymore, they made sure to find another pharmacy that could. Awesome job!"

"Great when your prescription is actually sent out. If you have any issues and don’t receive your medication their customer service is unable to provide any type of tracking or additional info. Advised “hopefully” it will arrive in a few more days. Only to find out the order was just canceled out of the system which “just happens sometimes.” The customer service was awful and I had to push for them to even discover the issue in the first place. If it’s a medication that you need to make sure you have in a timely fashion...do not go with Bushnell pharmacy."

"Horrendous experience! My daughter had an arm infection. Her arm was swollen, throbbing, sores looked really scary. The doctor prescribed oral and topical antibiotics and sent the RX to this Bushnell pharmacy. I placed the order the same day, which was a Tuesday, got a message from them that the meds would arrive the next day. Nothing arrived Wednesday, so on Thursday morning I called to make sure my order was shipped. The rep told me it was shipped, but the fedex tracking showed arrival on Friday. I told them it was unacceptable. They weren’t selling books or toasters, it was medicine! My daughter was miserable! The doctor’s office gave me samples of only the oral antibiotics which was 80mg less what she needed and no topical at all. The rep could not care less, it sounded like he was even smirking! He told me they weren’t in charge of Fedex, and the shipment was probably delayed because of some storms (this pharmacy is 200mi away from me in Florida, the weather was fine!) i asked for a supervisor, was transferred, after about 5 min holding got a voicemail, left a message, no one called back. But the story only gets worse... No medicine arrived on Friday either! I got it only on Saturday after 12pm. The tracking number on the package showed it was picked up by FedEx only on Thursday evening!!!! So the rep was simply lying to me! This is unacceptable for any business, but for a pharmacy that is selling medicine which can be a matter of life and death, this is simply criminal! I read on another page a review of them, the patient said they lied about having medicine in stock and he had a similar experience. Seems that they do it all the time. This is the worst experience I have ever had or heard of!"
