"I had purchased a Hayward pool cleaner from a company on line. After a couple of months it quit working and the on line company said that I had to go to Hayward for warranty. After some time Hayward referred me to Leslie’s in Ocala. They were great and went to bat for me with Hayward even though the hadn’t sold me the unit. They got Hayward to give me a complete new unit and it works great. I definitely will be switching my business to this store as they are customer oriented."
