"I came here due to getting a Groupon and Courtney was my stylist. She was incredible, so I booked an appointment for 8-9 weeks after. It was this weekend, the weekend of my sons bday and before our cruise. I called this morning due to not receiving a confirmation, and they said I’m not on the books. So annoying, because I know for a fact I scheduled another appointment. I was looking forward to it and now I’m scrambling to find another stylist. Obviously first world problems, but it’s a huge bummer."

"I walked in with an inspo idea of what I wanted, walked out $300(tip included) short and questioning what was done for that price. My hair doesn’t feel like my own; it feels wiry or like a film on it, super yucky. I asked for stylist to go crazy with layers because I hated no form to my hair since it’s wavy/thick, only the front frame was done near my face. I had to cut my own hair and bangs when I got home. I wouldn’t go back to this salon even if it’s free. Maybe others will have better luck, but I feel ripped off. Waiting 8 weeks to go get my hair cut as I wanted and colored elsewhere so that I feel It wasn’t a total waste of money. My gratitude to Adrienne for attempting to fix what the other stylist I had did."
