"I’ve been going to Loan for years and because I had my daughter get her nails done by Michelle. Loan was upset and did not do my nails good. When I came back to let her know I wasn’t happy she was she was very upset. She has the worst customer service instead of trying to fix my nails and make me a happy customer. She was very rude. I will never go back to that nail salon because of Loan. And I’ll make sure all my friends and family do not go to her anymore She’s very rude."
"We had a great experience while there, but I hadn’t noticed how bad my daughters pedicure was until we got home and she showed me there was paint on her toes. He missed half her nail on some toes and on others got it on her skin. I could have done a better job at home. If I had seen it there I would have had them redo it. My pedicure was great and had no issues."
