"I walked in to this establishment late in the evening and was happy that they were able to serve me. I asked for a manicure and was ushered to the back to a manicurist that was available. I communicated to her that I wanted a French manicure. She asked me if I wanted a pedicure as well and I politely declined. She then began doing the manicure. It started out on the wrong foot because I requested a nude base and she applied pink and insisted that it was one and the same. Then after she applied the pink gel polish and dried it she began applying the white strip. This was where everything went completely left. She used regular white polish with a regular thick polish brush instead of the traditional thin polish art brush in order to achieve precision with the white French tip. The tip was extraordinarily thick and asymmetrical. I tried to be discrete with my objection to this but she kept insisting that it “was better” and looked good. However it was hideous. Besides the fact that my nails are already short and natural she kept filing them down until they began to look stubby and became painful. I again expressed my dissatisfaction but she insisted that it was fine and would not change it. After a bit of frustration I got up and went to the front and told the other nail tech that I was not satisfied with my nails at all. The good thing is that he then assigned another nail tech to fix my nails. But this first nail tech was persistent. As I was waiting she walked to the front with buffer in hand and started trying to fix my nails. By this time I had had it with her and I politely told her to please stop and that I would wait for someone else. The moral to this story is that be careful when going here to get your nails done. There are only a couple techs in there that can actually do nails properly and you have to be a seasoned customer to know who they are. The ones that have no clue how to do nails do a terrible job and are very pushy and they want to then charge you a ridiculous price for nails that they probably wouldn’t wear themselves. In the end they did try to fix my nails free of charge and the new nail tech did the best that he could but needless to say I won’t be going back."

"While the service was not bad, if you don't do the highest priced service they get upset and start trying to tack on little charges for everything. They charged me 5 dollars to file off my gel polish with my pedicure because I declined to get gel again. Kind of ridiculous. The woman was mad and mumbling the whole beginning of my service. Would I come back maybe because it's 400 feet from my house literally. But there are quite a few places nearby so I will probably try those before coming back here."

"Second time there, they’re professional, nice, and on top of that really great at what they do, I’m super picky and normally I have to have allot of changes done to my liking. That wasn’t the case here, each hand is identical to the other. Super happy. I took my 9 year old to get gel nails with little tips to help her grow her nails out from biting (she really wanted to), they were great with that, I told them I wanted them super short and natural looking and they did just that, my daughter is in love with her nails and had a great experience getting them done. I’m glad being her first time. That we went somewhere that is great with people and nails. That’s what it’s all about, is having a good time, a good experience, and positive, helpful, attitude from the staff, to definitely make you want to go back. My first time was amazing 5 stars and my second time I would give 10 stars because that’s how great it was"
