"Rubia did my eyebrow threading and let me just say WOW. She offered me a facial as well and it was a good deal ($30 more) so decided why not. Honestly the massage was worth it in and of itself. Eyebrows came out great and my skin felt awesome. Thank you Rubia!"

"I had a horrible full facial threading experience. Once I got in the car I noticed I was bleeding, but it was a tiny tiny spot. Didn’t think too much of it. My face was also pretty irritated which I anticipated. However, when I got home I saw that I have full .5-1 inch cuts on my face. I’m honestly at a loss. And horrified at the lack of care for my face. I’m not sure who completed my threading but I know it wasn’t a woman named Luna since I overheard that she was off. I’ve applied fresh aloe which is soothing unlike whatever was applied to my face in the shop and I’m praying that my skin recovers from this. I’d never recommend anyone to go here. Note: Luna seems like she’s fantastic since several people walked in looking for her."

"Don’t come here for your hair or keratin treatment!!! A woman named HESIVT PALAVE will try to SCAM you!!! She will give you a price of $100 a few days when you ask her at the front desk. When you sit down for your actual hair treatment with her. HESIVT Will jack up the price to $150 saying all excuses that she needs to use more hair products and calling you Hi Princess (sweet talk to try fool you ) when she’s the same person who told you a few days before that she will only charge me $100. mind you my hair is short… And when you try to discuss it, she raised her voice and called the police on me trying to answer back to tell her it’s the Principle of decent business practice of Honoring the Service fee you agreed upon.. I will NEVER come to this business!! That will be the FIRST and LAST Time… Do yourself a favor , it’s a COME and BAIT Scheme.."
