"If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would give. On the same day I log in to look for an appointment and found Ashley Mejia had an open schedule for the day , I booked for 10AM, appointment was changed to 11AM, I arrived at 11:20. I asked for a classic very simple set, I explained I did not like lashed full, at 12:27PM , she said she was only half way done with the first eye. I asked her to please remove them , when I asked how much I owed she charged me the complete $125 saying “the full set is $125”, very unconsiderately, taking in consideration only half of the first eye is what she got through. Nevertheless, she spent texting back and forth through the whole time , which is very unprofessional and disrespectful with client. She was also sick, I find very unconsiderate to atleast not where a mask when she is working on a person’s face where she breathes on you constantly blowing in her nose. I’m aware I had my child there which probably added 5 extra minutes to the situation. Now I know why her schedule was completely open. Never again."

"The aesthetics of the building and her shop was really clean organized and pretty. But far as the lashes they didn’t last a week, idk what type glue they are using but I was highly disappointed I was visiting for holidays and paid $160 for hybrid lash extensions I went back home with no lashes and it hadn’t even been a week! I want to cry!!! For thanksgiving I just wore some damn strip lashes! The only good thing I got out of was a received a full refund and they said next time I come back I’ll get a free service. But even before full refund they tried to give me not even partial but a$62 refund I was like oh no I need my full refund because this is unacceptable and embarrassing. I really wouldn’t even go back because honestly it wasn’t even the lash style I asked for it was completely plain I was annoyed but I accepted paid and left."
