"So many people jump online just to do bad reviews and not good ones. I’m going to change that. From day 1 Kaiser pools had been great. throughout the entire process they were caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and everything you would want when spending the amount of money you do for an in-ground pool. Out of the 4 companies we met with and received bids, Kaiser was hands down the most reasonable with the latest and greatest equipment installed. There is not one thing I can say bad about this process and we will be forever grateful! 100% recommended, thank you Kaiser!!!"

"We used Kaiser to build and install a new pool with hot tub. Design was awesome layout was great. Coping and tile work was top notch a little slow on tile work but was worth the wait.Their quality of work is a 5 star but work was a little drawn out . I can guarantee you their was no short cut taken on the install . Also wanted to note inspection was passed with no problems . Their workers cleaned up after themselves the plaster is top notch to . I wish we could post pictures of project it is really outstanding if you want to see what these guys can do your are welcome to as them for pictures I look through some of these reviews and just don’t understand where these people are coming from. Only thing left to do is final grade and dirt removal"

"I love Kaiser! They built me and my family the most beautiful gunite pool that we will enjoy for years to come. They promised a 3 month timeline and delivered. Construction started April 4th and we were filling the pool by July 4th. We have not gotten out since! Their crew are the hardest working people I’ve ever seen. They show up at 7:30am and leave at 6:30pm in the dead heat of summer. My only complaint is the communication isn’t that great and as someone who thrives on communication that was frustrating. But all in all I really enjoyed working with Kaiser and would definitely recommend them. I’m absolutely in love with my pool. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love it!! Thank you Kaiser!"

"If it were possible I would give my experience with Kaiser negative stars. It took over 16 months to get my liner pool installed though we were told it would be done in 7. The communication was extremely poor. Emails and phone voice mails were rarely returned. When I was able to speak with the office, they were rude and noncooperative. If I hadn't given them a huge down payment, I would have pulled the plug before they dug the hole. Then things got worse. They dug the hole for the pool at the beginning of July and left it there all summer. The mountains of dirt created rivers of sand and soil that covered the grass in the part of my yard that wasn't part of the pool project. We ended up having to sod the entire backyard but even more frustrating, the entire yard was not usable all summer. Since we have 4 preschool grandchildren that couldn't go outside and play due to dangerous conditions, our summer was less than the enjoyable outdoor pool and play set experience we expected. Sadly, it wasn't just inconvenience and rudeness that we encountered. There were also 2 mis-measurements that put our pool 1 foot off of center and added 10 feet of additional cement decking. OOPS! We also added a feature to the pool that, after the pool was installed and the cement poured, turned out wasn't added or even available to be added. OOPS! Additionally, on the day after they poured the cement, there was a crack the width of the cement decking right near the pool stairs. OOPS! None of this was addressed or fixed. We finally got our last piece of equipment in December. Endless Delays and broken promises Rude and spiteful office staff. Incompetence and subpar product and delivery."

"We have been using Kaiser Pools for several years now. We have never been disappointed in their service. Adam cleans our pool and does a great job. We think he is wonderful! In addition, we’ve had to have some work done on our pool equipment. They were quick to respond and knew exactly what needed to be done. Their prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend them for pool services."
