"Very unorganized and took them more than 40 minutes passed his scheduled time to give my husband his flu shot(we arrived early to the appointment). After the 30 mins of waiting they finally asked my husband what vaccine he was there for. On top of all of this the crew seemed to be having a great time socializing with drive thru customers and chatting amongst themselves behind the counter while we waited. A couple ahead of us waited just as long as us and were told AFTER that time that their insurance wouldn’t cover something. I felt like the staff is very under trained and won’t be coming back here."

"My husband had an emergency and needed meds, our local pharmacy is closed on the weekends. The Pharmacist Johnathon was beyond understanding, helpful and potentially saved a life! We are forever grateful for his dedication and concerns for others, world needs more people like him!"

"I’d be shocked if one of my cats couldn’t fill prescriptions here. These people LITERALLY pick up and hang up countless times. Not only on the pharmacy but also on the store side. Not just once, or twice, or three times, but 5-7x from more than one number. They pick up and you can hear background noise, they then press hold, and then hang up. The store side is kind enough to just keep you on hold until the call drops. There is absolutely no benefit to being a customer at this place at all. Not all Walgreens are like this, but this one is special. It’s an across the board retail nightmare."

"Dismissive and Patronizing. They didn't fill my prescription as doctor prescribed. They did not tell me, they claim they did through an automated system. I only found out when I opened the bag and looked at the bottle when I got home. Then they claimed it was a problem for my healthcare provider that I would need to solve. They refused to help anything more then that. I called my healthcare provider and we decided to move the Rx to CVS; but one refill had been used now so we had to contact the doctor to reorder the prescription to get that refill back that Walgreen's screwed up. I called Walgreens Corporate department and they were understanding. I tried again to talk to the Walgreen's staff the next day. Only after telling them I complained to Walgreen's corporate and my heath care provider did they offer any solutions that would solve my Rx problem. Then they solved the problem, that I spent half my day making phone calls, my healthcare provider making calls, and my doctor's office having to do more work, all because they didn't tell me they were not filling my prescription as prescribed by my doctor from the beginning, and then having the nerve to turn the blame on me, thinking that an automated notification system is all they need to do for the customer. They don't work for the customer. They expect the customer to work for them."

"Friendly customer service. Pharmacy department always offers advice about medication and will monitor other medications you take for interactions. Offers auto refill and will call or text you when your perscription is ready for pickup. Also has a clinic through Sacred Heart in store for quick non emergency issues. My favorite of all the pharmacies in the area."
