"The lady was nice and the store was clean though packed full."

"A lot of merchandise to choose from. They had plus sizes, where alot of places didn't. Grabbed ton of souvenirs here! We heard they had live gators here, but were disappointed to find out that they didn't."

"The staff is extremely unfriendly. She didn't acknowledge us even during check out because she was on her phone. The goods are over priced & poor quality but could be overlooked as its fine for a forgotten item on vacation but the rude staff is really disappointing. We will not be back. There's a place up the road call Jaws with better prices & friendly staff."

"We have normally always had great experiences at Alvin’s Island locations and we enjoy visiting particularly for their selection of beach chairs. We have arrive close to closing when due to going to the store the same day we arrive at our condo. We find a beach chair that looked nice and what we normally buy, but come the next morning when it comes time to use the chair it is already broken. The chair does not sit up right like a normal chair should and all the placings to hold the chair at different positions are broken. I go to the same location to at first exchange, but due to the rudeness of the staff and being called a LIAR about the chair, I wanted a refund. They would not accept it. We will NEVER be returning to not only this location, but any Alvin’s Island location. 1. I should not have been sold already broken merchandise. 2. I should not have been treated the way I was by the employees."

"This place was better than the other Alvin’s store. Bought a cute bathing suit cover and bag. Items were good quality and decent priced. Store was a little messy but makes sense with all the people coming in and out."
