"I went there four weeks ago and had a fabulous cut by Janice. I decided to splurge and we talked about foil highlights. Janice and I spoke several times during the week about my appointment which we set for 2 PM on Saturday. At approximately 1245 I sent her a text to let her know that I had a very long drive and if she was not running on time to please let me know. I didn’t hear from her so I went in and the first thing she said to me was are you and you’ll have to wait till 230. And I’m not gonna be able to do the caramels because your hair is too dark. I was truly shocked by the way I was treated and the disrespect to my time and gas. She suggested root touchup for 65 but the foils were going to cost me 100 but she just didn’t have time for me anymore because it was a longer process which we had talked about it being a two hour process during our conversation. I decided to just go ahead and get my haircut which was a terrible cut and then I headed to Walgreens for some nice and easy. I don’t recommend this place it smells very bad as well they’ve got some kind of a sewage problem and they say it’s the neighbor. They over book and Disrespect you."
