"I had an appointment for a pedicure. Waited for a chair. Tech was rushing removing my gel polish with Dremel(?) going so fast and rough, she was getting more skin than nail. She told me they were busy. WHY ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS if you don't have the time? She removed polish with an attitude. Long story short... I walked out without any pish and layered skin on my nails. Ended up going to European Nails minutes down the road. They took me right in and my !daughter who wanted a full set acrylic. So happy I found Kelly at European Nails"

"I have been going to GL since I was in high school. Today I Soaked my feet for a full hour and no one ever asked how I was doing, how much longer it would be. Crickets. They focus more on the older clientele. If you are young, do not go in, they will take advantage of you. They will make you wait longer than everyone else because you are young. Do not go there. I recommend m&m nail. They treat everyone equal."
