"Got my eyelashes done less than a week ago. One eye held up fine but the other one is shedding and looks terrible. Called and asked if they could adjust and they said they'd charge me $80 to fix the issue. The lash tech I had admitted that she was inexperienced. I expect better customer service, especially when the employee admitted to being the problem. Asked if I could just have them removed as I have a big trip coming...they're charging me $45. I know for a fact there are better places in Naples. Don't waste your time or money here."

She carefully studied my eye shape, lash color, etc., the end result is perfect, I couldn’t be happier! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Brenna, the receptionist. "I have been a client of Amazing Lash for over a year. I have had several cancellation for various reasons on their part and I’ve always been very accommodating and agree to reschedule. Yesterday I got my lashes done and about six hours later my left eye became very irritated and swollen. I woke up in the middle of the night with pain so I tried everything from coconut oil to baby oil to remove the lashes but they would not come off. I called and left a message as well as texted them at that time in hopes I will receive a call before they opened to get in right away for a removal since it was urgent. I received a text at 8:45am and said nothing was available until 11 AM. I was in so much pain. I asked them if there’s anyway they could see me right away and they ended up calling saying they did not have any technicians physically in the studio. I don’t understand why their hours state they open at 9am but they do not have a technician available. It’s also frustrating and unacceptable to me considering I’ve been pushed back multiple times and been rescheduled but when I have an emergency they were unable to come through. I won’t be coming here again, not only for the lack of customer service but my extreme reaction to whatever product they are using."
